Agarosix FF ion exchange packing
Agarosix Fast Llow (Agarosix FF) is specially designed for ion exchange chromatography. The matrix is composed of agarose gel with a particle size of 50-150μm (average 90μm) and a crosslinking degree of 6%. The high loading and high stability shown in the separation are not affected by the mobile phases and cleaning methods commonly used in preparative purification chromatography. The high hydrophilicity of the packing surface reduces the non-specific adsorption between the sample and the stationary phase. The proprietary chemical modification technology ensures the high density and uniformity of the surface ion exchange layer. Agarosix FF-SP, Q, CM, DEAE packing can be widely used in the separation and purification of biological samples.
