The domestic high-performance chromatographic materials and chromatographic columns passed the acceptance test
The major project of the 11th Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Plan undertaken by Tianjin Binhai New Area Enterprises-high-performance silica matrix chromatography separation materials and chromatographic columns passed expert appraisal on the 25th, meaning that China has mastered the core technology of the high-performance chromatography industry , To provide strong support for pharmaceutical, chemical and environmental protection, food testing. This is also the column that our country entered the European Pharmacopoeia earlier.
At the achievement appraisal meeting, Wang Qunjie, principal of Tianjin Bona Ajer Technology Co., Ltd., the project undertaker, introduced that the chromatographic column is one of the core accessories of chromatographic detection instruments. In the past, more than 80% of domestic chromatographic applications relied on imported chromatographic packing and chromatographic columns. After the project has passed the acceptance, the company has initially formed an industrialization capability, so that it can develop new chromatography column products according to the needs of domestic medicine, food safety and environmental testing.
The subject leader, Professor Liu Huwei of Peking University, said: "This product has passed the market inspection and played an important role in the detection of melamine in milk, which has produced good social benefits."
It is understood that this research result can also be widely used in the detection of Sudan red, amino acids, and mycotoxins, providing tailor-made complete chromatographic separation technologies for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and providing services for drug analysis and environmental monitoring.
At present, this project has established a research and development team of more than 40 people and established a complete production industrial chain, which can produce nearly one hundred specifications of high-performance chromatography packings. One third of them can be exported. This achievement is expected to be officially put into operation in the west of Tianjin Development Zone in October this year.
